Curated programs and community to make your work/life more intentional, meaningful, and expansive.

Why do we exist?

We exist to help people step into new paths and ways of working. For people who worked so hard to get to where they are but it’s no longer serving them. For people who don’t quite fit into a “linear path” and are eager to question the default. For people who want to live a little more and not bow down to toxic hustle. For people who are seeking their next chapter.

With paradigm shifts in tech and culture, people want more autonomy, meaning and make the impact that matters to them. We exist to question the default, and show that it’s possible to work on our own terms, with an evolving set of tools. We help people look inward for alignment, outward for inspiration, and sideways for support from peers in various stages of their journeys.

We make space to grow in directions that are intentional, meaningful, and expansive.

About Tina Yip

Tina Yip is a community builder and creator with a focus on future of work, mental health and personal development. After spending the last decade as a brand strategist at agencies such as R/GA and Big Spaceship, working on brands like Samsung and Mastercard, she realized that what she cared most about are people. Bringing people together, maximizing their human potential, rethinking their relationship with work, and challenging societal norms so that they can live their best lives.

As a multi-hyphenate, she has purposefully designed a work life that allows her to ebb and flow between Space to Grow, freelancing, and experimenting with new projects.

She's been featured in Randi Zuckerberg’s book Pick Three, Campaign US, Adweek, and spoken at Her Conference, Youth Marketing Summit, Wethos, Pattern Brands and more. She has also hosted and organized over 300+ events that range from conferences and hackathons to safe rooms and a brunch series, all intentionally designed for folks to feel, connect and learn.
